Four Jordanian security officers are dead and at least 18 injured, after suspected Islamic State car bombs rammed into an army barracks on the border crossing with Iraq, a security source has told Reuters. More than 10 Iraqis are also being treated for injuries. "We have taken precautionary measures and beefed up security in such circumstances," a Jordanian source said in the aftermath of the attacks.
